At Nardi Family Chiropractic we find that simple is always best and we have designed our fee structure to reflect that philosophy.  We also stand behind the fact that fees must be affordable for families to receive Chiropractic.

Insurance:

When you come in, you'll be charged your specialist co-payment for your exam. 

Membership:

Members receive doctor recomemnded chirorpactic wellness care at a low monthly fixed fee.  Membership includes re-examinations, walk-in appointments, and workshops and is available to anyone at any time.  Membership does not obligate you to receive care and you may discontinue at any time.  Membership fees range from $49- 250 per month depending on the term of membership and individual or family.  Be sure to ask about our member rewards program.

Payment in Advance:

Members may choose to pay one full year up front. Non-members may pay for their full recomended care plan up front and receive a 10% discount.

 

Payment Per Visit:

You may choose to make payment in full at the time of service using a payment method listed above.  NOTE: Membership discounts are not available when using the Payment per Visit option.
