In the office This past month, we’ve been talking about the three T’s: Trauma, Toxins, and Thoughts.ย These are the causes of subluxation.ย People always ask, โwhat can I do at home to help my process?โย They want exercises and stretches to do.ย The truth is, correcting subluxation is a lifelong endeavor, not a short-term fix.ย It requires us to focus on eliminating our traumas, toxins, and thoughts.
I’m a thinker.ย My friends constantly remind me to stop thinking.ย Yes, you read that correctly: stop thinking.
We’ve all had traumas in our lives.ย We know about the obvious ones; car accidents, sprained ankles, slips and falls.ย But… Have we dealt with our childhood traumas?ย Have we dealt with our feelings?ย This is real (and) hard work that needs to be done.
We all must eliminate the toxins in our lives.ย We think of heavy metals and poisonsโฆย But what about news reels, people and food-substances? These are alsoย examples of toxins.
Correcting subluxation is hard work that goes deeper than physical rehabilitation.ย Those who undertake the process come out as better people who are healed.
