
Too often we see people who haven’t been out all winter, go out on one of those first nice days in the spring and they do too much, they hike too far, start with a run rather than a walk and end up injured.ย You have to ease into your new routine and allow the body to “wake up.”ย Otherwise you’ll get set back and be miserable watching everyone else outside while you recover from a sprained knee or ankle.
